We had an excellent buying experience at New Country Mercedes Benz! Our sales consultant, Brett Dabrowski, was excellent to work with and a true professional. Brett was extremely attentive and accommodating to our buying needs, not to mention that he valued our time. Brett made the whole process very easy, start to finish. We appreciate Brett’s professionalism and very much appreciate that he made it a point to follow up with us after the sale to ensure that we were completely satisfied and that there were no issues with our purchase. They told me $994 on the phone before I made the appointment When they called me back. When I got my car there for the same thing I told them on the phone it was they charged me $1385. No extra work the same as what I told them is was. Then they charge me $100 to hold for a loaner and they told me they released my money for that and now it is two weeks and I have still not gotten my money. My bank asked them for the code asked to talk to a manager with me on the phone it goes to voicemail. The manager has not returned my message at all. Just awful. I went twice and from talking to other Mercedes I got over charged. That when they quote you a price and it is that they are not suppose to go not higher. They charged me over $300’s more than what they told me on the phone and still have not got my $100 for my loaner. All they can say is call my bank. I called twice with my bank on the phone and my bank asked them for the code which is numbers after you take the hold off and reverse it … they say it is no numbers. I feel because I was a woman by myself they got over or maybe that is Mercedes. I forgot when I came there I stood there awhile trying to get service. They told me 2 hours I was there until the end of the day. The second time. Mercedes has to do better about there services they have to .

Absolutely one of the best car experiences I have ever had. Bernard Medolli was an absolute pleasure to work with. Was purchasing a car for my wife, so it was very hard to find something that I felt good about buying. Very transparent, super efficient, and everyone had a smile on their face. If you aren’t buying your next Mercedes from this dealership, you are buying at the wrong dealer. Thanks again!

I had a great experience purchasing a used vehicle at New Country Mercedes-Benz. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed working with Nelson, and would recommend him to anyone looking at cars. Mike in finance was also enjoyable to work with. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another vehicle from this dealership.

Do not go to Nelson D when purchasing a vehicle. He ran my credit with more banks than I specifically told him. I said ONLY use Cap One, which he said no problem, then ran it with other banks anyways, then lied and said they didn’t even after I showed him my credit report, then said I don’t have any control because that’s not my department. I then asked him why he told me they wouldn’t run it anywhere else if they were going to and he lied and said he never said that, but my wife and son both were there and heard that too. He even wrote down my ref number for cap one on the credit app and said don’t worry, I’ve been doing this a long time…lies. Everyone else there was very nice, but I would never go back to them because their salesman Nelson is pushy, arrogant, rude, and lies. It’s too bad they don’t fix this because as I said, everyone else was great, it’s a shame they allow him to operate that way. I already had approved financing so this should have been super easy, but Nelson was only looking out for himself. Thank you for the car, but totally dissatisfied with Nelson D!

I purchased a S550 many years ago. My experience with this branch has been nothing short of exceptional—until. It appears customer service has declined significantly! I scheduled service two weeks ago and promised a loaner. Upon my arrival, there was no loaner—no prior phone call to inform me of the change! Also, the employee said, "Most of my customers are usually happier!" What? I am sure the "other" customers received better service. Finally, I returned home—I missed work and a mandatory executive meeting! Historically, I passed many cities just to be serviced by "this" branch. I will remain local moving forward! Where is John? John provided exemplary customer service . . things are definitely different now!
